Requests for reimbursement must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled engagement. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your session at no extra charge, subject to availability. Certain bespoke engagements that require substantial preparation or customization are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

3. Digital Content

3.1 Access and Licensing

Our digital materials, including guides, templates, and online courses, are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute or reproduce them.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy for Digital Content

Requests for reimbursement must be made within 14 days of purchase and prior to accessing or downloading any content. Once access has been granted, the sale is final and no reimbursement will be issued, as digital delivery is instantaneous. Approved reimbursements will be completed within 10 business days.

4. Physical Goods

4.1 Ordering and Delivery

We ship goods to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary based on location.

4.2 Reimbursement Policy for Goods

Customers may request reimbursement within 30 days of receipt for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Shipping fees are not subject to reimbursement.
